- A deposit or advance payment is required before work begins.
- Once the project has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, no refund will be issued for work already completed.
- Any remaining unpaid work will not be delivered until full payment is received.
SEO Services
SEO services involve time, expertise, research, and implementation efforts.
- No refunds will be provided for completed SEO work.
- We do not guarantee specific rankings on search engines.
- Monthly SEO service fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.
Google Ads & Digital Marketing Services
For Google Ads, social media advertising, and digital marketing campaigns:
- Management fees are non-refundable once campaign setup or optimization work has begun.
- Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Google, Meta, or other advertising networks are subject to their own refund policies.
- Reach Wave Media is not responsible for refunds related to third-party advertising platforms.
Project Delays
If project delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide required content, feedback, approvals, access credentials, or other necessary information, no refund will be issued.
Service Satisfaction
We strive to ensure client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and provide revisions within the agreed project scope.
However, dissatisfaction with design preferences, marketing performance expectations, or changes in business requirements does not qualify for a refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Reach Wave Media. Approval of any refund is not guaranteed.
